Asma' bint Abu Bakr R was a daughter of Abu Bakr R, the first Khalifah (Caliph) of Muslims.

Asma' bint Abu Bakr R was one of the daughters of Abu Bakr R.   Abu Bakr R was the first Khalifah (Caliph) of Muslims.

Abu Bakr R was a close friend of the Messenger of Allah, Muhammad S.

He was the first adult male to convert to Islam.

First person to convert to Islam was Khadijah bint Khuwaylid R, the first wife of the Messenger of Allah, Muhammad S.

Abu Bakr R became the first Khalifah (Caliph) of Muslims.

The Messenger of Allah, Muhammad S and his friend Abu Bakr R left Makkah one night on their historic journey to Yathrib (Madinah). This journey is known as Hijrah (Migration). They did not go straight towards Yathrib (Madinah). They took temporary shelter in a cave of the Thaur mountain in the opposite direction.

Asma' bint Abu Bakr R knew about it. Next morning Abu Jahl came to her house searching for Abu Bakr R and the Messenger of Allah, Muhammad S.

Asma' bint Abu Bakr R faced the beating of Abu Jahl, but did not disclose the whereabouts of her father Abu Bakr R and the Messenger of Allah, Muhammad S.

Asma' bint Abu Bakr R used to take food for her father Abu Bakr R and the Messenger of Allah, Muhammad S, to that cave while they hid there for a couple of days.

She also arranged food for them for their historic journey Hijrah (Migration).

Later, Asma' bint Abu Bakr R was married to Zubayr bin al Awwam R, a prominent Sahabi (Companion of Muhammad S) and a cousin of the Messenger of Allah, Muhammad S. The mother of Zubayr bin al Awwam R was Safiyyah bin 'Abdul Muttalib, an aunt of the Messenger of Allah, Muhammad S.

Asma' bint Abu Bakr R had a brother 'Abdullah bin Abu Bakr R and a sister 'A'ishah bint Abu Bakr R.

'A'ishah bint Abu Bakr R became an Ummul Mominin (Mother of all Muslims), a title given to the holy wives of the Messenger of Allah, Muhammad S.
